RESIDENTIAL
I have been involved in many residential designs over the past thirty years. Because of my work in the industrial and commercial areas, my designs and layouts are of a very practical nature. I look at flow patterns and space utilization. I am also very interested in the ease of use and comfort. The color of the rug does not interest me very much. I like big bathrooms and small or no hallways. (Waste of space) I like lots of natural light and very energy efficient buildings. I have my own basement wall design that I developed from building industrial freezers and building an earth home about 25 years ago. I will show and tell you how to do it. Every home that has a basement should be built like this. It will be in the future, I am sure. The house that I am writing this in right now is built with this design. It is now ten years old. It has proved over and over again that it is a great design.
